KBC AWARDS – Online Competitions

At KBC AWARDS, all competition entries are carefully processed and reserved specifically for each competitor. For this reason, the following policy applies to all online competition registrations.

Refund Policy

• All competition entry fees are strictly non-refundable.

• Once an entry has been submitted and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Withdrawal from the competition.

  • Failure to submit photographs before the deadline.

  • Change of personal circumstances.

  • Inability to participate.

  • Disqualification due to failure to comply with the competition rules.

Transfer Policy

• Competition entries are strictly non-transferable.

• Entries may not be transferred, resold, exchanged, or assigned to another person, category, section or event after registration has been completed.

Entry Responsibility

It is the competitor's responsibility to:

• Ensure all registration details are accurate before completing payment.

• Read and understand the competition rules and photograph requirements.

• Submit all required materials before the published deadline.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any KBC AWARDS online competition, competitors acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to this Refund and Returns Policy, as well as all competition rules and regulations.
